London - Four girls and a pack of cards (04 - 05 January 2007)

By special request, here are the pics from London. Because the buses from Paris to London were full, our trip to London was delayed by 2 whole days, so effectively we only had 1 full day in London. Nevertheless, it was a short but enjoyable trip. Finally got to see good ol' Joyce after 8 long months. Together with Cheryl(one part of Serena and Joyce's 5-girl TJ gang)who played tour guide, we travelled London by foot for the entire day until our legs ached. Put up at Joyce and Cheryl's hotel and had free breakfast cos the staff don't check their guests. Our night in London ended with rounds of Daidee, Bridge, Texas Hold'em and this French game that Serena and i learnt from our Parisian hosts. It was damn hilarious, i finally met someone who was just as bad (or possibly worse) at card games than me - Cheryl. And somehow in Bridge we kept getting paired up..so you could imagine how many times we lost. Oh we also pissed off the guests staying next door with our uncontrollable laughter, they even came over in their PJs to tell us to shut up(in a more civilised way of course)
